Such a document provided by the local authorities (Municipality), presents: - The common and the different existing risks - Organization of the municipal crisis with action sheets for each of crisis management responsible - Main actions to manage the crisis - Means and communal and private resources identified. Implementation of exercises to prepare population for a crisis situation and test the plan.
